We have tuition support program for eligible employees to get master degrees in their respective fields of expertise. We offer tuition support on need bases based on our clients requirement where the consultant is serving and also on the request of the employee who want to get higher education degrees to enhance their career. As per our annual strategic objectives for 2016-17 we have planned to offer tution support to 30% of our total employees. We offer support on following rate:
We have a liaison department headed by a Director who contacts Universities where we have identified courses for our employees, liaison department do agreements with the education institution to help support of our tuition support initiative.
We believe that continuing education is key for individual career enhancement as well as over all industry development through providing a well trained thinking minds. We spend our resources to bring latest development in the field to our employees in form of refresher courses, invited lectures of industry leaders and various kinds of field training and certifications. This is what we do to make sure that our resources have the ability to think outside of the box and brings our valuable clients the real value they need.
